Regional : Bridging the Gap Between Climate Adaptation Planning and Financing
The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will enhance the capacity of selected developing member countries to identify climate adaptation investment priorities to catalyze financing for adaptation and resilience. The selected DMCs will be capacitated to translate the priorities in their national adaptation planning documents into adaptation investment plans. The TA will deliver three outputs: (i) climate adaptation investment plans developed; (ii) appraisal of climate adaptation projects improved; and (iii) regional knowledge on climate adaptation investment planning strengthened.

Consulting Services | ADB will engage consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions. Recognizing the unique features of DMCs, ADB will engage one firm to support Armenia, one firm to support the Lao PDR and Timor-Leste, and another firm to support Palau. Individual consultants will be engaged for Bangladesh. Climate investment planning is new and requires expertise that will be provided by additional individual consultants and resource persons. |
