The technical assistance (TA) will enhance the capacity of the executing agency to prepare and implement the ensuing project and bring the expertise and best practices that are not available locally. The TA will complement the proposed project through finance plus elements such as focusing on digital payment system establishment, introduction of fee-based extension services, due diligence on beel restoration detailed design, beel health monitoring system and matching grant operations, and monitoring of innovative practices and approaches in fisheries value addition, and community-based institution development with gender mainstreaming interventions.
