The proposed sector development program (SDP) will improve the volume, efficiency, predictability, and security of crossborder trade in Bangladesh, which will contribute to the national goals of accelerating growth with industrialization and trade, and expanding subregional trade and commerce. To achieve this, the SDP will introduce policy reforms and complement these with upgraded infrastructure at border crossing points (BCPs).
The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
