The proposed CARES Program will be a critical component of the government’s efforts to mitigate the adverse impact of COVID-19 on the health and welfare of Georgians. It is aligned with the following overarching development objective of the Anti-Crisis Plan: health and economic impacts of COVID-19 in Georgia are mitigated, protecting the most vulnerable.
The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
