The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors. This document dated April 2017 is provided for the ADB project 42486-016 in India.

The project will support government in improved and sustainable urban services to approximately 1.3 million people in selected towns of the state of Madhya Pradesh, improved institutional and financial management capacity of benefitting urban local bodies, and the development and operationalization of the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited . The Project will be implemented over 5 years from 2017 through 2022.
