Following the country safeguard system (CSS) background study, a more detailed assessment of the suitability of using the agency-level CSS for environment and involuntary resettlement safeguards in future ADB-financed projects with PT Perusahaan LIstrik Negara (PLN) was undertaken. To obtain inputs from stakeholders, a final round of consultations was held on 6 and 9 July 2018 to receive detailed inputs on the latest assessment findings and proposed action plan. A total of 49 participants attended on both days, representing NGOs, universities, professional organizations, development partners, BAPPENAS, PLN, other government agencies, and ADB.
