The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors. This document dated September 2017 is provided for the ADB project 49043-002 in Indonesia.

Subprogram 2 supports the revival of Indonesia’s underperforming energy sector through reforms initiated in 2014–2015, which aim to (i) improve fiscal sustainability and governance, (ii) expand private investment in the power and gas markets, and (iii) provide access to clean energy options for all Indonesians.
