Eastern Indonesia Renewable Energy Project (Phase 1): Report and Recommendation of the President

ADB's Board of Directors approved this loan of up to $120,800,000 to PT Energi Bayu Jeneponto (EBJ) for the Eastern Indonesia Renewable Energy Project (Phase 1) in Indonesia. This is a combined loan from the ADB, the Leading Asia’s Private Infrastructure Fund (LEAP), and the Canadian Climate Fund for the Private Sector in Asia II (CFPS II) under the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility. The President, acting under the authority delegated by the Board, approved the administration of the LEAP and CFPS II loans.
The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors. This document dated November 2017 is provided for the ADB project 51209-001 in Indonesia.
