The first purpose of Module 3 report is to review 4 key drivers for Mongolia, Russia, Japan, Republic of Korea and PRC, which will become after the validation of the Steering Committee the assumptions for the Studies. The second purpose of Module 3 is to establish the multi-criteria ranking methodology, which will be used for RES power candidates identified in Module 4.
