North Pacific Regional Connectivity Investment Project: Proactive Integrity Review

Proactive Integrity Reviews (PIR) | March 2021

The proactive integrity review (PIR) report of the North Pacific Regional Connectivity Investment Project presents ADB’s recommendations to adhere to ADB’s guidelines and policies in determining bidders’ eligibility, document conflict of interest situations and mitigating actions, and enhance the guidelines on evaluation of non-mandatory disclosures in consultant selection. PIR is formerly known as project procurement-related review.

This document dated March 2021 is provided for the ADB project 46382-001 in Palau.
