Ison Nationwide Digital Connectivity Project: Report and Recommendation of the President

The loan will support the development, construction, and operation of up to 800 telecommunication towers in the Philippines. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and a local financial institution, Security Bank Corporation—collectively, the Lenders, will provide long-term, fixed-rate project financing with a portfolio-based approach.

The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
