The program supports fiscal policy, public financial management (PFM), and health sector reforms while providing critical financing during a period of sharp fiscal tightening that will enable the Government of Papua New Guinea to safeguard funding for essential health and other basic services.
The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
