The proposed second additional financing will scale up the ongoing project by (i) extending the network of rural health services to include an additional district hospital, (ii) improving diagnostic and regional surveillance capacity, and (iii) extending health workforce training.

The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
