The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors. This document dated August 2017 is provided for the ADB project 48468-002 in the People's Republic of China.

The project will help the Guizhou Provincial Government reduce rocky desertification areas and improve the livelihoods of people living in rocky desertification areas by conserving water resources; restoring environment, ecology, and land productivity; and increasing resilience to climate change.
