This report has new scientific information from the assessment of flora, fauna (including arthropods), and aquatic ecosystems of the 9,450- hectare New Clark City in Tarlac province, Philippines. It also provides analysis on land cover and land use change modelling of future scenarios, and recommendations for biodiversity-related, nature-based solutions including appropriate Biodiversity Assessment and Monitoring Systems (BAMS).
