The New Clark City (NCC) is envisioned to be a premier model in sustainable urban development. Its masterplan embodied design features of a smart, green, and disaster resilient city. The Asian Development Bank’s Environmental Thematic Group (ETG) extended Technical Assistance to the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) for the development of NCC.
