Deepening Understanding of Macroeconomic Fluctuations in Developing Member Countries for Improved Economic Assessment: Technical Assistance Report

The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will create knowledge products that enhance the tools for conducting macroeconomic assessments at ADB headquarters. These products will be disseminated to developing member countries (DMCs), and ADB will support capacity building to provide DMC government officials with a deeper understanding of the patterns and sources of macroeconomic fluctuations. TA outputs will inform policy dialogue between ADB and its DMCs on macroeconomic management in Asian economies.

Technical assistance reports provide the context and background of the project, and provide information on impacts and outcomes, key activities, estimated costs, financing, and implementation arrangements.
