In 2018, the overall Social Protection Indicator (SPI) was 5.83% of the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita, with the largest disaggregated SPI for social insurance at 4.82%. The overall depth was 6.10% of GDP per capita, reaching (i.e., the breadth) 95.61% of target beneficiaries. The SPI for the poor was 0.82%; for the nonpoor, it was 5.02%. The SPI for women was 2.52%, and for men, it was 3.31%. The SPI for persons with disabilities was 0.24%, and for those without disabilities, it was 5.59%.
