The Social Protection Indicator (SPI) for social insurance is estimated at 2.40% of GDP per capita in 2018, compared to 2.50% in 2015 and 1.23% in 2012. For social assistance, it is estimated at 0.93% of GDP per capita, the same as 2015. Labor market programs had only a minor increase of 3.4% of total expenditures between 2015 and 2018.
