Establishing a Platform for Climate-Resilient and Low-Carbon Urban Development: Improved Public Engagement

This guidance note is prepared to provide practical recommendation, approaches, and tools to help cities identify, design, and implement their own climate action agenda that has strong emphasis on enhanced stakeholder engagements. The main content of the guidance note includes an overview of the challenges that cities face in terms of changing climate and the how stakeholder participation is crucial in making cities more climate resilient and their development agenda geared toward low-carbon urban development.
