The ADB has created this guidance on climate-informed investment planning as part of the Platform for Climate Resilient and Low-Carbon Urban Development (Urban Development Platform). The Urban Development Platform is a practical, actionable toolkit that cities can use to go right from translating national climate priorities into city-level mitigation and vulnerability assessments, culminating in fiscally sustainable, climate-informed project pipelines that are evaluated and implemented.
