This regional scoping report provides preliminary information about key environmental and socioeconomic issues likely to arise when implementing the Energy Transition Mechanism (ETM) and gives a broad indication of the main positive and negative impacts. The scoping report will inform high-level decisionmakers involved in ETM formulation and implementation on the key environmental and socioeconomic considerations and provide a guide for subsequent country-level strategic environmental and social assessments (SESAs). It also includes a regional level mapping of key stakeholders.
Consultants' reports describe activities by a consultant or group of consultants related to preparing a technical assistance project.
