The program will help the Government of Solomon Islands implement its countercyclical public expenditure program, comprising its COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan (CPRP) and the Economic Stimulus Package (ESP) to address the impacts of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
