Reports and Recommendations of the President | September 2021

The program will increase the renewable energy share by deploying private sector-led solar photovoltaic power plants of at least 1,000-megawatt (MW) capacity. The innovative application of the partial credit guarantee (PCG) and the One ADB approach provide a one-stop-shop solution for the government to enable private-funded solar power projects at competitive tariffs and lower the cost of electricity to sustain economic development.

The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.

This document dated September 2021 is provided for the ADB project 54056-001 in Uzbekistan.
