This study conducted by the Greater Mekong Subregion Working Group on Agriculture (GMS WGA) provides a preliminary assessment of the long-run commercial viability of a biofuel program in Cambodia.

Cambodia’s economic performance has been strong in 2000–2008 and its energy demand is likely to increase. In line with this, the search for alternative energy, including biofuels, is being pursued aggressively.
