This report reviews the accomplishments made toward achieving the objectives of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) 2030 strategic framework.

CAREC’s strong performance on implementation of the 2030 strategy suggest that it is on track to achieve most of its 2030 goals. However, significant efforts in each sector would be required to transform the modest gains achieved over the last 3 years into more tangible results in the remaining 10 years.
