Power Sector Development Plan for Timor-Leste

This study report presents the results of a 20-year power sector development plan for Timor-Leste (East Timor). This study is the first of its kind, and establishes the basis for future development of the power sector in Timor-Leste, including generation, transmission, distribution and electrification, and additionally discusses institutional and policy issues important for the world's newest independent state.
