The country operations business plan 2017-2019 for Sri Lanka continues to take a holistic, program-based approach, using multitranche financing facilities and results-based lending as financing modalities, as appropriate. ADB has worked closely with the Government of Sri Lanka since 1966 and has approved cumulative lending, grant, and technical assistance totalling $8.4 billion.
