Utilizing five overarching categories of the framework—infrastructure, government policy, educators, students, and service providers—as lenses to examine each country’s unique landscape, the report identifies tailored pathways for incremental and staged development. The report envisages adopting sustainable, scalable solutions that contribute to a more cohesive and inclusive digital education ecosystem.
