The Eminent Persons Group was established in June 2006 to provide views on the future of the region and recommendations on the role of ADB. The Group studied the changes that have occurred in the region and considered the key driving forces of future development. It then developed a set of recommendations for consideration when refining ADB's long-term strategy. This report represents the consensus views of the Group.
