【香港、2012年4月11日】アジア開発銀行(ADB)は本日、『アジア経済見通し2012年版』(Asian Development Outlook (ADO) 2012)を発表、アジア途上国(日・豪・NZを除くアジア・太平洋の45カ国・地域)の経済成長について、本年は外需の軟調が重しとなるものの大半の国は堅調を保ち、2013年は民間消費に支えられて回復するとした上で、これらの国のGDP伸び率は、2012年は6.9%だが、2013年は7.3%に改善するとの予測を示した。
