The Project Readiness Improvement Trust Fund (PRI Fund) is a multi-donor trust fund that provides an innovative grant mechanism for supporting both the design and procurement readiness of climate change responsive infrastructure projects. By strengthening the climate change content of ensuing investments, the PRI Fund will help scale up ADB’s own climate financing and improve access for developing member countries (DMCs) to global climate change funds.

The Asia-Pacific Climate Finance Fund (ACliFF) is a multi-donor trust fund which supports the development and implementation of financial risk management products that can help unlock capital for climate investments and improve resilience to the impact of climate change.

The High-Level Technology Fund (HLTF) is a multi-donor trust fund established in April 2017. It provides grant financing to promote the integration of HLT and innovative solutions into ADB-financed and administered sovereign and nonsovereign projects from identification to implementation and operation. The fund encourages more widespread adoption of HLT to address development challenges in ADB Developing Member Countries.

The Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) is a multi-donor trust fund which aims to increase the level of infrastructure development and enhance the quality of infrastructure in Asia and the Pacific. AP3F’s primary objective is to assist DMC governments and their public sector agencies in preparing and structuring infrastructure projects with private sector participation. This includes privatization through to public–private partnership (PPP) modalities, and bringing them to the global market.
