ADB supports projects in developing member countries that create economic and development impact, delivered through both public and private sector operations, advisory services, and knowledge support.
Public Sector Financing
ADB offers a range of financing instruments, products, and modalities to provide developing member countries with flexibility in determining how they can achieve development results.
Client Portal for Disbursements (CPD)
The CPD is a secure channel for submitting withdrawal applications (WA) for sovereign loans and grants from ADB, allowing executing agencies and implementing agencies to prepare, submit, and track WAs online.
Using the system can speed up the preparation and submission of WAs by borrowers, reduce transaction costs, and enables real-time communication between the user and ADB on WA-related matters.
Who can use the CPD?
Only authorized users can access the system. Users can request access by completing the registration and evidence of authorized persons forms. Borrowers can also request viewer access.
The system caters only for sovereign loans and grants withdrawal application.
Loan and Grant Financial Information Services (LFIS)
The LFIS is for borrowers/recipients and executing agencies, providing information on loans and grants, summaries, status of withdrawal applications, contract ledgers, disbursement data, and reports to internal and authorized external users.
