Issues raised under this complaint are similar to the complaint, on the same project, already dealt with by the Compliance Review Panel. Complaint to be consolidated, and issues raised which are noncompliance with ADB’s operational policies and procedures would thus need to be addressed by the Management as part of the remedial actions for the first complaint under compliance review.
